ABC...123 DAYCARE
    January 7, 2009

    Dear Ms. Liza,

I can’t believe that Ethan will be reaching his 2nd year with you in February.  Wow, how 2
years can fly.  I wanted to take this opportunity, especially since I am dreading him starting
kindergarten this year, to let you know how our family feels about you and ABC123 Daycare.

When we moved to Pflugerville in February of 2007, I was not looking forward to the task of
finding someone to take care of my only child.  It was especially hard since I had been
staying at home with him and how I could possibly trust anyone else to take care of him as I
    had been.

Then, I found you.  I truly believe that fate played a heavy hand in our paths crossing.  I am
notorious; as I am sure you have found, to research something to death before making a
decision.  Take that and multiple it by a million with anything that involves Ethan.

I remember the first time I called you to see if you had available space.  You were not the
first I had called, and I was not expecting a good outcome considering my previous calls to
other In-Home Daycares.  However, you made me want to go the next step and do a home
visit, which was only 10 to 15 minutes after I hung up the phone with you.  I wanted the
opportunity to see your home and learning environment without giving you the chance to
    get ready for my visit.

When I entered your home and within the first 10 minutes, I knew that I had found the
daycare that I could trust to send my child to.  You responded to Ethan with genuine care
and I felt like you fell in love with him at first sight.  It’s hard to find other people to adore
your children as you do.  Well, we did, and that love is returned tenfold.

ABC123 Daycare sealed the deal even more with the Mother Goose’s Program.  I wouldn’t
have to worry about my little one just sitting in front of the TV from drop off to pick up.  He
has learned so much and we can’t thank you enough for giving us the ability to show off
how smart he is to everyone.  Learning how to write, recognize and spell his name,
learning his address and I am sure a hundred or more other things that he knows how to
do, but refuses to perform on command.  The most precious is that he knows his States
    and Capitals.  WOW!!!

I don’t know where you get the energy to do what you do every day, but we are most
grateful that you do because we don’t know what we would do without you.  Ethan loves his
Ms. Liza and wants you to teach him when he starts Kindergarten…his Mommy does too.
Even though you can’t, I know that the base that you have provided him with will help him
succeed in school when he starts and for that, we can’t say thank you enough.

I truly believe that you genuinely love what you do and the kids that come into your care.  I
have seen you go above and beyond to help the parents and the kids.  It takes someone
special to take care of children, but it takes someone extraordinary to do it the way you do.

Thank you for being available when we needed you and for loving our son as if he was your
own.  You help ease the guilt that we have to deal with having to leave him while we are at
work.  We don’t know what we would do without you, and I can only imagine how crazy I
would have made Stephen if I hadn’t found you when I did.  We love you with all our hearts
and we know that any child and parent would be lucky to attend ABC123 Daycare.

Thanks for all that you do and we love you!!!!

    Ms. Liza,

I wanted to express how much we loved being a part of your daycare.  My daughter
received one on one attention, which was something I needed for my own peace of
mind.    Your humor and patience is what made each day rewarding for her.  Some
people have the natural ability and patience in working with and teaching children
and you are indeed one of them.  Trusting another person with your child was the
hardest obstacle for me and you made that so easy to overcome.

My daughter learned so many things while in your care – Spanish, ‘proper’ language
(yes instead of yeah) and counting.  We were both so sad to leave.  My daughter still
speaks of you and how much she loves you.

Thanks for providing mom with peace of mind and so much fun and love for my
    daughter.
